A “Mediterranean town” on Pearl island

Located at the south end of Phu Quoc, commonly known as “Pearl island”, the “Mediterranean town” complex run by Sun Group is a nice space for both spiritual and mental strengths.
The town has great combinations of amazing natural scenery and harmonious architecture, and has contributed to make Phu Quoc island truly an ideal tropical paradise and dream island for everyone.
The People’s Committee of Kien Giang province on October 21 issued a pilot plan to welcome international tourists using "vaccine passports" to Phu Quoc Island beginning November 20.

Covering nearly 40ha, it is a trade and service complex that includes residential villas, mini hotels and shops. There are about 100 means of service and utilities, including F&B service, Hilton hotel and Teatro night bar.

The town displays a harmonious combination of two projects, Sun Premier Village Primavera and Sun Grand City Hillside Residences. In Sun Premier Village Primavera, besides classic shophouses lined up along the coast, the villas and low-rise buildings have the characteristics of Mediterranean villa architecture, with colorful paint inspired by the old towns of Spain, Italy and Greece.

Sun Grand City Hillside Residences has been developed with high-rise apartments combined with modern commercial townhouses. The structure meets the demand of business and exciting life on the hillside where people can see the panoramic view of the Mediterranean town.

From the town’s heart, visitors can clearly see the Mediterranean style. Decorated with brilliantly colored bricks, vintage shops and Italian themed style houses on both sides, this unique and unprecedented landscape makes visitors feel what it must be like in Italy.

Architectural consultants (Codinachs Architects, Spain) and landscape consultants (EGO, Italy) have brought Mediterranean inspiration into each internal facility, from the art square and hanging gardens to sculptures, fountains and a children's playground.

Watching the sunset or sunrise from the town is a must for all visitors in the area where the earth and the heavens harmonize. With the beauty of its natural landscape and impressive architecture, the town promises to continue to be the destination of cultural and tourism events in the future.
