Hanoi, May 30 (VNA) – President Tran Dai Quang and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on May 30 congratulated new President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte on his recent election.

On the occasion, Vice President Dang Ngoc Thinh also extended a message of congratulations to new Vice President Maria Leonor Robredo.
