The delegation, led by Defence Minister General Phung Quang Thanh, includes Chief of the Defence Ministry Office Major General Vu Van Hien, Assistant to the minister Major General Ngo Quang Lien, and Director of the ministry’s Foreign Relations Department Major General Vu Chien Thang, among others.
Attending the ADMM-8, Vietnam is to confirm its active, proactive and responsible participation in cooperative fields within the framework of the meeting, and to continue fighting to protect the national and regional interests on the basis of international law and conventions.
