Hanoi, August 17 (VNA) – Prime Minister of Turkey Binali Yildirim will visit Vietnam from August 22-24, at the invitation of Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
Vietnam and Turkey set up diplomatic relations in 1978.
In the first five months of this year, the two countries’ two-way trade hit 724.6 million USD.
Turkey launched direct flight services connecting Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The two countries target a trade value of 4 billion USD by 2020.
